Sun Valley Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Michael Walsh who has over 30 years of combined experience in the building trades as a carpenter, general contractor, residential construction high school teacher, and home inspector. He has lived and worked in the Wood River Valley since 1990. He has built, bought, and sold several homes over the years. With his wide network of professional contacts in the local construction and real estate industry and his personal experience in the business, Michael understands well the different perspectives and needs of home buyers, sellers, and their Realtors.

He brings to Sun Valley Home Inspections LLC extensive technical knowledge and excellent reporting and communication skills to successfully convey his inspection observations and conclusions to his clients. People who do business with Michael find him personable, detail-oriented, honest, and professional.

Certified home inspector by the International National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (#08032004). As such Michael is required to adhere to InterNACHI's home inspection Standards of Practice, and to abide by InterNACHI's home inspector's Code of Ethics

National Environmental Health Association and National Radon Proficiency Program (NEHA/NRPP) certified radon measurement specialist.

The Sun Valley Board of Realtors represents over 300 real estate agents, appraisers and affiliates throughout Idaho's Wood River Valley. The membership includes a lock box key which makes arranging access to inspection properties easy and convenient for real estate agents.
